Data Business Forms Well Under Way on Torbram Road
Construction is well under way on a 22 Million dollar, 390,000 square foot development that will become the new home of Data Business Forms. Data, a Brampton based document management and business communications provider with 10 plants, 9 regional print centres, 12 sales offices and 1,400 employees to service Canadian customers, will be moving into the new facility later this year. The building will serve as Data’s Canadian Headquarters and include office, manufacturing and warehouse components. Data has its roots in Brampton and has been conducting business here for more than 25 years.
The new location will be a consolidation of a number of facilities in the GTA including 2 buildings that are currently in Brampton. Data will be occupying 267,000 square feet in the new building. The site is located on the east side of Torbram Road, just north of Queen Street East.
The property is owned by HOOP Realty Inc., the principal real estate holding company of the Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). The project is being managed and constructed by Belrock Design/Build.
